Our products are sent from US. We have a storage warehouse in US. All orders are sent 24 hours after the order is validated. We use USPS services.

Worldwide shipping is $20 USD for the first item, then each additional item has free shipping
It is your responsibility to accurately indicate your address as well as your first and last name as they appear on your mailbox.
If an order is returned to us for lack of address, it will be your responsibility and you will have to pay the shipping costs again so that we can send you back your package.
Note that sometimes packages can be held in customs for several days during customs clearance, which can considerably lengthen these delivery times.
Also, note that the delivery times provided are indicative (data provided by the postal services) and that these times do not take into account, the retention by customs, situations of major forces (global pandemic, climatic disasters and others ...) or logistical problems that may have the recipient country (example: privatisation by Amazon of postal services in Israel).
Last but not least, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel if it couldn't be delivered for any reason. Our responsibility ends once the parcel has arrived at your local post office.
